Passengers and luggage
A full vehicle leaves less room for bags. Seven or eight passengers with small cases usually fit, but seven people each with a large holiday suitcase may not. In that case we might suggest a 7 seater plus an estate, or two 6 seater taxis. Tell us the number of passengers and bags when you book, and the office will suggest the best combination.

Child seats are available on request. With several children, tell us each child's age when you book so we can confirm the right seats and how they fit alongside the other passengers.

Our office is local, so we plan pickup points that suit big vehicles, from narrow village streets near the High Street to busy stations such as Surbiton. Tell us about any access restrictions at your venue when you book. We also collect groups from Walton-on-Thames, Esher and Hampton.
Planning a group booking
- Book as early as you can, especially for weekends in December and summer weddings.
- Give us every pickup and drop-off address so the fare covers the whole route.
- Name one lead passenger with a mobile number for the driver to contact.
- Let us know if anyone needs extra help getting in or out of the vehicle.
Travelling with older passengers or wheelchairs
Larger vehicles often have a higher step than a saloon. If anyone in your group has limited mobility, tell us when you book so we can plan the seating and help them in and out. Folding wheelchairs can usually be carried, but they take up luggage space, so count them with the bags.

How many people fit in your 7 seater taxi?
Our 7/8 seater vehicles carry seven or eight passengers, depending on the vehicle. Luggage space is reduced when every seat is taken.
Can you drop each person at a different address?
Yes. List all drop-offs when you book so the fixed fare covers the full route.
Is a 7 seater cheaper than two cars?
Often, yes. One larger vehicle on one fare is usually better value than two cars. Ask the office for both quotes.
Can a 7 seater be used for an airport run?
Yes. It works well for large families and groups. Tell us your luggage so we can confirm there is enough space.
How far ahead should I book for a wedding?
As early as possible. Weekends in summer and December are busy, so larger vehicles get booked up.
