How we get to Gatwick
From Thames Ditton our drivers usually join the A3 near Esher and follow it to junction 10 of the M25. Some go through Chessington to join at junction 9 instead. Both routes meet the M23 at junction 7, and the airport is a few minutes from the end of the motorway spur. It is roughly 26 to 30 miles in total.

North Terminal or South Terminal?
Gatwick has two terminals, a short automatic shuttle apart. Your airline decides which one you use, and it can differ between outbound and return flights. Check your booking before travel. If you are unsure on the day, the driver can drop you at one terminal and you can take the free inter-terminal shuttle, but it is quicker to get it right first time.
Gatwick charges for using the terminal forecourt drop-off areas. We will tell you when you book whether that charge is part of your fare.
Coming home through Gatwick
For arrivals we ask for your flight number and track it, so your pickup follows the real landing time. With meet and greet, the driver waits in the arrivals area with your name and helps you to the car. This is useful late at night, after a delayed charter flight, or when travelling with young children who have been awake for hours.
