Booking on behalf of someone else
Many hotel transfers are booked by a relative, a PA or an event organiser rather than the passenger. That is fine. Give us the passenger's name, pickup and drop-off details and a contact number, and tell us who is paying. We accept card and cash. For business accounts, speak to the office about how invoicing works.
Luggage and timings
Hotels have set check-in and check-out times, but flights and trains do not always match them. If you have a gap to fill, we can take you to the hotel to leave your bags first and collect you again later. Tell us about large items such as prams, golf bags or wedding outfits when you book so the right vehicle is sent.
